Grant of use

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable agreements, Animation Chart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Animation Chart application and services for your internal business or personal purposes, in accordance with your subscription or plan.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software except as expressly permitted in writing by Animation Chart.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Use Animation Chart in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

Third-party components

Animation Chart may incorporate third-party libraries or services. Use of those components may be subject to additional third-party licenses.
